Youngdo Velvet, as a rule, always recruits for each position through online job application. However, large-scale regular public loans are separately disclosed on the website. Youngdo Velvet, which is challenging the global market, operates a recruitment system for occasional recruitment of special personnel and immediate recruitment of new personnel in order to respond to the digital age that changes in seconds.

01 Register for job application: If you click on the online application form and enter the application category and basic information according to the instructions, you will be automatically registered and you will be enrolled in our talent bank and managed for one year.

02 Applicant Search: In the event of a manpower requirement for each sector, the talent bank is searched and appropriate candidates are selected, and the selected candidates are contacted individually.

03 interview screening: Those selected during the applicant search process will have a brief interview with our HR manager, and after the interview, they will go through a certain recruitment process. In the interview, the applicant's values, personality, creativity, leadership, and service qualities are evaluated. The interview committee consists of executives of Youngdo Velvet, and the interview takes about 20 to 30 minutes.
