- SHEATH- CORE RUBBING
Velvet rubbing fabric made of pile yarn with a sheath-core structure through surface hydrolysis using acetate fibers with uprightness!
Pile yarn is very soft and is most suitable for manufacturing ultra-high resolution LCD products, so products with a file density of 90,000ea/㎠ have been developed and are used for 4K and 8K TV panels. Korea's Hyperflex Co., Ltd. holds the global patent right, and Youngdo Velvet has been developing it as a product since 2005.
- RAYON RUBBING
It is a rubbing cloth product using viscose rayon, a regenerated fiber with a cellulose structure optimized for the rubbing process, as velvet pile and ground (ground tissue). Two Japanese companies hold patent rights and commercialization technology.
Rayon rubbing cloth is manufactured by spinning molten cellulose molecules, so it has higher evenness than natural cotton fiber and relatively strong rubbing properties compared to cotton rubbing cloth, and is suitable for manufacturing high-resolution LCDs.
- COTTON RUBBING
It is a product that meets the conditions such as directionality and uprightness of the pile to meet the required performance of the LCD display by using natural cotton fibers as velvet pile and ground.
Six OH groups attached to the cellulose structure can play a role in regularly aligning the alignment layer, and have strengths in rubbing stability and static electricity (ESD) due to the natural twist form of cotton fiber and its water-loving property.
